We’re excited to announce our June Steak Club pick: New Zealand Silver Fern Fillet. This is the finest cut from one of the most thoughtful producers in the world. Silver Fern Farms’ grass-fed beef fillet is beautifully tender, naturally lean, and raised with care on the open pastures of New Zealand.
The cattle graze year-round on lush grass, just as nature intended: no feedlots, no added hormones, and no antibiotics. The result is clean, pure beef with an elegant flavour and buttery-soft texture.

By signing up to our subscription service, you will receive exclusive steaks delivered to your door on the first Wednesday of each month.
The sign-up deadline for your first steak subscription delivery is the Sunday before the first Wednesday of the month. After that, your subscription order will be delivered on the first Wednesday of each month until you pause or cancel your subscription.
Alongside the delicious specialty steak, you will receive details on the provenance and expert chef cooking tips, so you can enjoy the full steak experience.
You will receive a range of exclusive steaks delivered to your door on the first Wednesday of each month, handpicked by our experts.
You’ll have total control over your steak subscription, with the ability to skip a month, pause and cancel whenever you like within your account.
